The awarded technician receives requirements, schedule, site info, and required deliverables.
Arrival is recorded onsite. Access is confirmed and the assignment begins.
Troubleshooting, installation, repair, survey, maintenance, or replacement - onsite.
Dispatch monitors the order and helps with communication, escalations, and coordination.
Photos, notes, tests, equipment details, site documents, signatures, and other deliverables.
Work and documentation are reviewed against the original service requirements.
The Service Order is finalized only after required work and documentation are done.
