Accessibility statement
Accessibility at OnSyra
Lansky Center Solutions Inc. wants OnSyra — the website, the web app and the mobile apps — to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, voice control or captions.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and, in Canada, the Accessible Canada Act and provincial laws such as the AODA (Ontario).
What we do
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Forms have labels, errors are announced, and nothing relies on colour alone.
- Text can be resized to 200% and the layout adapts down to a phone screen.
- The app respects the system light/dark setting and reduced-motion preference.
- Identity verification always offers a path that does not depend on the camera: sending photos to our review team.
Known limitations
- Maps (coverage, live job tracking) are visual. The same information — addresses, distances and status — is given as text alongside each map.
- Some older uploaded documents (PDFs from clients and technicians) may not be tagged for screen readers. Ask us and we will provide an accessible copy.
